Who Knew? From the Concord Township February Newsletter – February 1 was the 25th anniversary of Ohio Township Day. Enacted in 1998, House Bill 652 set aside Feb 1 to recognize the hard work and dedication of Township Trustees and Fiscal Officers who promote grassroots government. There are 1,308 townships across Ohio serving nearly 35% of Ohio’s population.
